Refund policy
At Nari, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our returns & exchange policy.
Return timeframe

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (the day your order is delivered is Day 0). Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and free of any perfumes, lotions, or other residues.

Original tags must be attached and packaging must be intact. If the product tag has been removed, the item is not eligible for return.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Adjustable rings, personalised/customised items, and hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return. Specifically: adjustable rings cannot be returned.
How to start a return

Email us at info@nari.asia with your order ID and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.

Do not send the item back without receiving return authorization. Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions, plus the return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
Return shipping & charges

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may apply (we will notify you during the return approval).

All COD charges (if applicable at purchase) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
Inspection & refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. We will notify you by email whether your return is approved or rejected based on the inspection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact info@nari.asia.
Damages, defects, or wrong items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@nari.asia if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Provide photos of the product and packaging and your order ID. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. If stock permits, we may be able to process an exchange — contact us and we’ll advise.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Adjustable rings (no returns).

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items where tags have been removed or items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Sale items and gift cards (unless otherwise stated).
If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact us before placing the order.
European Union (EU) cooling-off period

Nari ships only within India at this time. The EU 14-day statutory cooling-off right is not applicable to our current shipments. If we begin shipping to the EU in the future, we will update this policy to reflect any statutory rights applicable to EU customers.
Address accuracy & failed deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Repeated failed deliveries or refusals may result in suspension of COD or additional verification requirements.
