Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.
    Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur a flat ₹100 charge.

Shipping Partners

We use trusted logistics partners via Shiprocket to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.
Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
You can also track your order status at any time by visiting the “Track Order” page on our website.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please email us at info@nari.asia within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review and assist you with the next steps.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
