Our 925 silver has the perfect composition and will NOT turn your skin green or cause any irritation. Every single piece is stamped with the "925" hallmark seal - that's your guarantee of purity. Plus, each order comes with a certificate of authenticity. If it's not real silver, we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! We offer partial COD through Razorpay. You pay ₹100 upfront when placing the order, and the remaining amount can be paid in cash when it's delivered to you. This ₹100 is protected by Razorpay's Money-Back Promise - if there's any issue with delivery or the product, you're fully covered. This helps us confirm genuine orders while still giving you the security of paying most of the amount after you receive the product. If you prepay the full amount using UPI, cards, or net banking, you get an additional 10% off!
Can I return it if I don't like how it looks on me?
Absolutely! You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange if you're not completely happy with it. Just make sure the jewellery is unused with all original tags intact and in the original packaging. We'll process your refund within 5-7 working days after we receive the item back. No drama, no hassle.
Will the silver turn black after a few wears?
Our silver has a special tarnish-resistant finish, so it stays shiny much longer than regular silver. With normal daily wear, it can stay beautiful for months. All silver can eventually tarnish a bit over time (it's natural!), but you can easily clean it at home with soap and water. We'll send detailed care instructions with your order.
How many days will delivery take?
